Why this subject?

This is my first independent post. I have a post connected to my web site www.basicsafetyproducts .com. I selected this product line because I am afraid to use a gun. True story. I can't stand to see anyone get shot when I watch movies. It affects me for days. I have nightmares about it. My daughter was going away to college last year and I wanted her to be safe. (that is her in the picture on her graduation day) So I will be blogging about safety issues. Back to my daughter Whitney, I purchessed her a stun gun and pepper spray before she left for college last year. Thank God she never had to use it. My motto is it is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Better to error on the side of caution don't you think? Some may call me neurotic, over protective, insane about it. Just read the paper not a day goes by when I bet someone wishes they had been better equiped to handle what they got themself into.
